Thomas Carlson, CCIM
Thomas Carlson, CCIM, is a licensed real estate Broker and the Managing Broker for Carlson Agency (License #180271).
Thomas founded Carlson Group in 2015, specializing in adaptive re-use developments and full-service real estate solutions, from acquisition to disposition. He has put together multiple small equity deals - with an emphasis on long-term value creation, not simply value add.
Thomas spent 15 years managing Carlson Design, his family's industrial design firm. Carlson Design specializes in CNC fabric marking, cutting, and digitizing equipment worldwide.
Thomas graduated from Babson College, the 1# entrepreneurial school in the world. Thomas attended Holland Hall, is an Eagle Scout from Troop 1, a Father of 2, and an avid sailor.
Lauren Renfrow
Lauren Renfrow is a licensed real estate associate for Carlson Agency #179043.
Lauren graduated from Tulsa Community College with an associate degree in business and has been a licensed associate since 2018. Her passion for property management is aided by two years of construction and woodworking training from Tulsa Tech.
Lauren specializes in property management and excels in assisting first-time home buyers and sellers. She loves helping people find spaces they love and takes pride in being a landlord, ensuring properties are well-maintained. She thrives on the new challenges each day brings, finding purpose and value in her work.
Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys weightlifting, hunting, bow fishing, hiking, and working in her yard.
Emily Strauss
Emily Strauss is a licensed real estate associate for Carlson Agency #209845.
Emily attended William Woods University where she majored in Equine Administration. After over a decade in the equestrian industry, Emily became involved in industrial property in 2020. Joining our team in spring of 2024 as an administrative associate, she became a licensed associate in summer of 2024.
Outside of the office, Emily is a competitive equestrian and mother.
