About Carlson General Contracting

Since 2018 Carlson General Contracting has overseen +$8MM in adaptive re-use projects. We specialize in project management and general contracting as detailed below:

Project Specialization:

Mid-sized (under 50,000 sqft) office, retail, and industrial re-use and remodeling projects. ·
New construction management under 10,000 sqft.
Multi-Family 2-20 units remodeled (No SFH).
Target projects range $300K-$3MM.

Our experience includes work on retail strip centers, industrial expansions, large office remodels, ground-up office, ground-up restaurant, retail stores, custom services like nail and hair salons, showrooms, fitness, pet grooming/boarding, historic multi-family, and more.

We work with an experienced team of contractors, sub contractors, and professionals (architects, interior designers, civil engineers, structural engineers) to ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget.
