Maintenance Suggestions:

  • Please make sure to clean air-filters on the Window AC/Heat units every four months.
  • Keep a hair trap in your tub to prevent drain clogs.
  • Report any water issues immediately: roof leaks, pipe leaks, standing water.
  • Report any pest issues immediately.  Do not leave any food or trash out.

  • Rent is payable by check or direct deposit.  Mail checks to: 1520 E 17th St, Apt Office, Tulsa, OK 74120.
  • Rental Deposits are held in escrow.
  • All tenants are charged a one-time background and credit application fee.  Fee may vary.
  • There is a $100 or 10% Late Fee (whichever is greater) on all past due rent.  Rent is due on the 1st.


  • Always lock common area spaces when departing.
  • Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper and human waste.  DO NOT put sanitary napkins in toilet.
  • Do not leave trash in any spaces, including balconies, laundry room, and stairwells
  • Pick-up after your animals.
  • Be quiet and respectful of your neighbors 
  • No guests over three nights. 
  • Laundry Rules:  Do not over-fill the laundry, Always clean lint traps, Do not leave your laundry unattended.
